2. Service Agreement

By engaging with MME and using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in the agreement or proposal provided to you. 3. Client Responsibilities

• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to deliver our services.
• Timely Response: You agree to respond promptly to any requests, inquiries, or approvals from our team to ensure the timely delivery of services.
• Content Ownership: You are responsible for providing all content (text, images, videos, etc.) required for the completion of your project. You warrant that you have the rights to use any content provided to us.

4. Payment Terms

• Fees: The fees for our services will be as specified in the proposal or agreement. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for any additional services outside the scope of the original agreement.
• Invoices and Payment: Payments are due as per the terms outlined in the agreement. If payment is not received by the specified due date, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services until payment is made.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds once the services are rendered or work has begun unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, trade secrets, or confidential materials provided during the course of the project. This confidentiality extends beyond the duration of the agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

• Client Content: Any content provided by the client remains the property of the client.
• Agency Work: Upon full payment, MME transfers ownership of the work created (e.g., website design, graphics, marketing strategies) to the client, unless otherwise agreed upon. We retain the right to use such work in our portfolio and for promotional purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

MME will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claims arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. If the agreement is terminated by the client before the completion of services, the client will be responsible for paying for the services rendered up to the date of termination.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MME and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services, including violations of these Terms.

10. Third-Party Services

Our services may include the use of third-party tools, plugins, or services. MME does not control these third parties and will not be held responsible for their actions, services, or policies. You agree to comply with any terms and conditions set forth by these third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Your continued use of our services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
